Nexin Research ships to Australian addresses only.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by location:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days
• Regional areas: 3–7 business days

All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. No product names or brand identifiers appear on the outer packaging.

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Nexin Research is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other carriers once the order has been collected.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
